Acute testicular pain: right spermatic vein thrombosis. A case report

One of the rare reasons for acute testicular pain is spermatic vein thrombosis. In literature, right side much less involved than left side. We report a case common symptom with clinical feature. A 28-year-old man presented and swelling. Ultrasonography (US) showed focal venous thrombus at level internal ring. The symptoms were resolved after anti-inflammatory therapy, but thrombosis was not. Due to uncommon existence thrombosis, emergency department should be aware misdiagnosis therapy modalities.
